**LIBERTY ACRES **

We ask that foals receive a deposit of 1/3 till the babies are weaned.

After a Foal is placed on a deposit there shall be no exchanges or Refunds Given

unless a foal is injured or has a life threatening disease in my care.

All foals shall be wormed, vaccinated, taught to lead and handled to the best of

my knowledge.

Foals shall be weaned 3-4 months after birth.

All Transportation, Health Certificates, Coggins and Vet exams must be taken care

of in Advance before the foal is leaving and ready to go, at least 2 weeks before. The

foals must have a time limit to pick them up. If the foal is kept longer there will be a

charge of $6 a day till they are picked up. We have too many people say they are coming

to get them and then they don't come for a couple months. We cannot continue to do this

so please have a date ready they will be picking them up.

All our foals are given the best poosible hay and fed 16 % grain on free choice.

High Tech Cowboy died in July 2008 at the young age of 7. He will truly be missed. We are good friends with

the owners at www.sycamorerunappaloosas.com .  They took wonderful care of their boy and they loved that horse
